Today marked the launch of the first ETFs with leveraged or inverse exposure to the regional banking sector. The ProShares Ultra KBW Regional Banking (NYSE: KRU) ETF and the ProShares Short KBW Regional Banking (NYSE: KRS) began trading on the NYSE Arca today.
