Il y a quelques mois j'ai écris ici que Jerry Yang n'avait pas toute sa tête pour avoir refusé une offre de 44 milliards de $$.....
Un bon ami à moi de disait justement que la décision n'était pas celle d'un seul homme mais bien du conseil d'administration. ok!
Et bien là le "conseil" semble vouloir vendre le 39% des parts que Yahoo possède dans Alibaba.com (HKSE: 1688.HK)......pour donner un dividende "spécial" aux actionaires de Yahoo qui sont rendus fou de rage .....pour calmer le jeux et faire baisser la pression. lol
It may be a bit late for that. Alibaba's stock is down 62% this year. The situation is another example of bumbling by Yahoo! management

Michael Dell Loads Up On Stock (DELL)
As you will see below from a Form 4 filing with the SEC, Mich Dell bought some 4.5 million shares of Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) over the last 3 trading days at levels from $21.89 to $22.39. This comes up to right at $100 million in net purchases. Below are the transactions:

This takes his direct ownership to some 220,664,682 shares. 4.5 million shares may not seem like much on the surface in comparison, but a $100 million purchase is hard not to notice.
Shares closed up 1.3% at $22.18 today, but shares are up even more up at $22.65 in after-hours trading.

Gushan Insiders Already Cashing Out
Gushan Environmental Energy Limited (NYSE: GU) has filed to sell up to $100 million in ordinary shares, which it notes as having a HK$0.0001 par value (HONG KONG). This notes that selling shareholders are selling ADS's, with each share representing 2 ordinary shares.
This is an unspecified number of shares but based upon a closing price of $11.78 (-6.5% today) of nearly 8.5 million shares. Gushan will not receive any of the proceeds from this offering.
The underwriting group here is rather large for a $100 million secondary offering. Merrill Lynch is the lead underwriter; co-managers are listed as Oppenheimer, Piper Jaffray, and as Ardour Capital Investments.
Gushan is supposed to be the largest biodiesel producer in China as measured by annual production capacity with a target of annual production capacity to 400,000 tons by the end of 2008.
Shares are down 0.5% at $11.72 in after-hours trading and the market cap as of the close was $982 million. Gushan has only been public since December 2007 and it traded under $10.00 at the open. Its post-IPO trading range since the IPO has been $7.00 to $17.95.

Saudis To Increase Flow Of Oil
CNBC is reporting that The Saudis will increase oil production capacity gradually over the next year according to a senior advisor to the Minister of Petroleum at the Jeddah Energy Meeting in Saudi Arabia, Ibrahim Al-Muhanna.
The network also notes that The nation's current total capacity of 11.3 million barrels per day is expected to increase to 12.5 million barrels per day, Al-Muhanna said. That is much more than the Saudi's previously believed capacity of 10.8 million barrels per day

TSX Lists New Emerging Potash Player
The Toronto Stock Exchange has granted a final approval for an emerging potash player to list its shares on the TSX. Potash One Inc. will trade under the ticker "KCL" on the TSX starting on Wednesday, June 18, listed 27.236 million weighted average shares outstanding.
The Company holds an option to acquire 100% interest in a 97,240 acre Potash Subsurface Exploration Permit and owns 100% of three other Potash Subsurface Exploration Permits covering 239,103 acres that are contiguous to the Legacy Project in Saskatchewan, Canada. The Legacy Project was previously explored by Imperial Oil Ltd., now part of Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) and Lumsden Potash Corporation and is adjacent to one of the largest producing solution potash mines in the world.

Retour en Août 2007

Voilà, j'ai fait mon entrée sur les ondes avec une compagnie prometteuse grâce au produit vedette MICROCYN ...LE DÉSINFECTANT LE PLUS ÉFFICACE EN CE MOMENT...LA HOLLY WATER!

Le stock était à ± 7.50$ en Août 07 et maintenant à 3.85$...dégueux!!
Je persiste et signe...cette compagnie est une "rule breaker"....les earnings pour l'année 2007 vont être publique le 11 juin.
Si les résultats sont bons.......il faut acheter et si les résultats sont mauvais il faut acheter aussi car le BIG MOVE va venir de l'approbation du produit par la FDA..usa /
Chine,Mexique...et certains pays Européens ont approuvés le produit.
BYE THE WAY...il y a déjà des institutionels dans la parade!!

Le "play" parfait....quoi faire maintant ?
Ça fait quelque fois que je fait allusion à mon ami le "technicien", celui qui achètes des "tickers"...des trois ou quatre lettres peut importe la compagnie .
Le fondamental,les tendances....le marché US-CAN il s'en CRI.....(*).
Et bien là il fatigue pas mal ....il a acheté à la fin Janvier dernier des parts dans GCE.to Grand cache coal à 1.60$ et le stock est à 9.25$ au moment d'écrire ses lignes.
Le stock est en break out semaine après semaine et il se demande quoi faire!!!!!!!!!lol!!!!^La technique a des limites.....lololol!!!!
Il semble vouloir en vendre la moitié....et mettre des stop orders.....
Je t'ai dit mon buddy que je te donnerais mon avis "publiquement"....pour metttre un peu d'action sur mon blog! Alors voilà....

Le 15 mai dernier sur les ondes de Radio Pirate XM 172 et ici sur mon blog j'ai parlé du produit vedette de STAR SCIENTIFIC STSI.nasdaq

En résumé,il y a 6 états Américains qui interdisent de fumer dans la voiture "en présence de mineurs".....le Maine en Avril est le dernier de la liste.
La tendance est que d'ici 5 ans plus de la moitié des états vont faire passer cette loi et sûrement plusieurs provinces Canadiennes.
Les gens qui fument aujourd'hui sont des "indécrotables" de la "zigoune"!!
La seule place où ils ont la paix c'est dans leurs voitures.....alors quoi faire quand tu as 2 heures de route avec des enfants dans l'auto?
Tu bouffes des "Ariva"
Et quand tu vas dans les bars et que ton envis de fumer ne lâche pas ...et que tu es "tanné" de sortir sur le trottoir.....A..RI..VA
