Nous savons tous que sur les marchés boursiers il est difficile de faire de l'argent ( dans mon cas ça va bien..lol )mais le plus difficile c'est de voir monter un stock ...un stock qui était sur ma "buy list" et que je regarde aller...attendant un replis pour embarquer. J'ai le doigt sur le piton depuis le début Avril à 60.00$ ....il est à 92.00$ maintenant.
Pourquoi DryShips ? Parceque la flotte de 38 vraquiers " Bulk Carrier" est une des plus récente de l'industrie et que 8 nouveaux bateaux seront en mer d'ici 2010.
Et aussi parceque selon le baltic dry index les tarifs pour le transport sont à leurs plus haut depuis octobre 2007 et que même si ça coûte cher pour transporter le vrac la demande est toujours soutenue.

It looks like Take-Two Interactive (TTWO) will sell $500 million of its new game "Grand Theft Auto IV" the first week that it is on the market. That is better than most expectations. It will help the company make the case that the buy-out offer larger rival Electronic Arts (ERTS) has made is too low.
It cannot be said that the news is not good for TTWO. According to The New York Times "The company is expected to report it sold six million copies of the graphically violent game, 3.6 million of them on the first day."
Electronics Arts has offered $25.74 per share for Take-Two. The company's stock trades about a $1 below that. The good news may push it up some.
Take-Two traded at just above $17 before ERTS made its offer. The most curious thing about the bidding dance is that no other company has come to the table with an offer. Take-Two does not fit well with any other company. Electronics Arts can make TTWO worth $25 or so. That does not appear to be the case for anyone else.
The M&A mavens learned something from Steve Ballmer this weak. Walking away from a bid when the prey has no other real options can be a huge advantage. He did it with Yahoo! and dropped the portal's price by 15% in one day. All that is holding Yahoo!'s shares up is the hope that Microsoft might come back.
Electronic Arts has seen the "Grand Theft Auto IV" numbers. TTWO will take them as an excuse to ask for a higher price. If EA management has any insight, they will walk away this week and watch the Take-Two stock drop to $20. Then they can start negotiations again on a more reasonable basis.

Il y a 221 millions d'internautes en Chine et la prévision pour 2012 est de 500 millions d'internautes.

Microsoft was willing to pay $47.5 billion, or $33 per share, up from the bid's current value of $31.00 per share, according to a letter from Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer to Yahoo Chief Executive Jerry Yang.
But Yahoo demanded at least $53 billion, or $37 per share, according to Ballmer. That would have been nearly double Yahoo's stock price of $19.18 at the time Microsoft first made its bid a little over three months ago.

L'ultimatum posé par Microsoft à Yahoo pour conclure un accord amical de rachat a expiré samedi, sans qu'aucune des deux parties n'ait pour l'instant fait de commentaires.
L'Offre était de 31.00$.
Ce soir il y a une rumeur qui dit que MSFT va faire une offre hostile de
31.75$ par action, profitant du "mood" négatif à silicon valley.
Les emplois sont rares pour les "top engineers" et ils vont demeurer en poste chez Yahoo malgré leur dégoût de la situation.

Je prend pour exemple American Water qui "crosse" depuis des lunes avec leur entrée en bourse.
Le marché est bearish et ça fait pas l'affaire des compagnies qui ont besoin du fric des investisseurs.

Ah....les diètes..quel monde de fou!
C'est une business de gros sous et Nutrisystem est le maître depuis plusieurs années.
Même la multi-nationale weight watchers viens de sortir du top 10 ...imaginez!!
Le top 10 représente le résultats d'un sondage sur "la confiance du consommateur" par rapport aux diètes.
Mais il y a quelque chose qui me "chicote".Une compagnie comme NTRI nutrisystème qui est passé de 3$ à 80$ en trois ans et qui semble "pomper" l'huile depuis septembre 2007 est en train de perdre ses clients quelques parts.....Je pense que j'ai trouvé où!

À la fin d'Octobre 2007 , j'ai parlé en onde sur Radio Pirate d'un nouveau concept de chaussures qui pourrait faire parler de lui dans les années à venir.
SKINS! La chaussure interchangeable...il suffit de garder son propre "bone"
Le stock valait plus où moins 0.90$ et je me disais alors que mettre un peu d'argent avec une vision long terme serais une bonne idée.
