Le graph est horrible...les insiders achètent !



Insiders have continued to pour money into Titanium Metals ("TIMET") this month. Billionaire Chairman Harold Simmons, who owns over 52% of the company, plunked down another $8.2 million on August 8th to pick up 79.3 million shares at an average price of $13.65.Harold's brother, Director Glenn Simmons, meanwhile, has bought TIMET shares on three separate occasions this month. He purchased $81.5K worth of shares at $16.30 on August 3rd, $150.3K worth of shares at $15.03 on August 4th, and $69.2K worth of shares of shares at $13.83 on August 8th. It was Simmons' first buy of TIMET since he bought shares at $4.09 in March 2009. He later turned around and sold the bulk of his position in March 2010 at $16.28.
