Selon un journal Indien ( pas ceux de Kahnawake ), le "board of directors" de Hindustan Unilever Ltd serait sur le point de faire un rachat d'actions massif de la compagnie...ça veut dire que prochainement ....la maison mère Unilever va possèder 52.12% de cette compagnie. Vive la lipton...la mayo hellman's...le savon dove et la vaseline !!
Avec un dividende de 4% ....UL.nyse est un bon stock à REER....

Roth Capital Partners has a buy rating and $12 price target on Achillion, which calls for quite a bit of upside based on current levels. "Achillion's strong clinical performance with ACH-1625 to-date, we believe should be of strong interest to investors looking to be involved in the Hepatitis C virus (HCV) space. We believe the drug's profile to-date make it a very attractive partnering candidate," the firm wrote in a research note late last month.

Distribution

Newell Rubbermaid has been partnering up with Avon Products to sell the former's food-storage tubs in Brazil, and may do the same in other developing countries.

Last week Newell executives announced at an analyst conference in Atlanta that it may , as it already has in Brazil utilize Avon's massive sales force to distribute Newell products where they currently aren't being offered. Examples include China.
This approach seems to be working quite nicely for Newell so far in Brazil; Avon has 1.2 million salespeople there and Newell has been able to engage in door-to-door distributions of some of its most famous products through them, while saving millions of dollars in the process.

(NYSE:JNJ) at the start of May recalled 43 over-the-counter medicines made for infants and children -- including liquid versions of Tylenol, Motrin, Zyrtec and Benadryl. JNJ shares are down more than 9% and thanks to the recall this dip may be a buying opportunity.
