Un boursicoteur me demande mon avis sur Goldcorp. Il est dans une cage à 45$ pour beaucoup d'argent . Je ne sais pas quoi penser... j'ai pas de feeling pour l'Or et je ne connais pas bien toutes les histoires de prix "hedgés".

Le métal jaune a perdu 30$ dans les 30 derniers jours et le graphique ne dit pas grand chose de bon....ça va lui prendre un "Goldeux" pour lui remonter le moral....votre avis s.v.p.

OTTAWA - A new report predicts that Canada's housing market is poised for a collapse and is only waiting for the trigger of rising interest rates expected for later this year — a view that flies in the face of many other forecasts.
Capital Economics calculates Canadian home prices could fall by about 25 per cent — and even as much as 35 per cent — over the next three years once the Bank of Canada begins tightening monetary policy.
Most economists expect the central bank will begin doing just that in late spring or early summer, with the trendsetting rate rising from the current one per cent to over two per cent by the end of the year.

Cotton prices jumped the most allowed by ICE Futures U.S. after the worst floods in half a century damaged crops in Australia, the world’s fourth-largest exporter.
Crop losses total about 300,000 bales, and damage may worsen if wet weather continues, the Australian Cotton Shippers Association said today. The industry group had forecast record production of more than 4 million bales before the floods. Prices have almost doubled in the past 12 months as growers struggled to meet rising demand from China.

Cette compagnie immobilière a toujours été un de mes stock Brésilien préfèré....j'ai réussis à faire un peu de cash avec en 2009 mais là de le voir à 12.80$ avec aucuns supports , je vais le regarder de plus près...faut pas oublier de le MUNDIAL de foot et les OLYMPIQUES vont brasser la sauce au Brésil dans les années à venir....

CHINE , une bulle à l'américaine prévient Citigroup

Si la hausse des prix de l'immobilier en Chine ralentit mois après mois, les analystes de Citigroup sont, eux, toujours convaincus de la formation d'une bulle. Principal argument : le niveau trop élevé des investissements dans les logements résidentiels.
Leur montant a atteint 6,1% du Produit intérieur brut chinois l'an dernier, d'après la banque américain . Un niveau similaire au record atteint aux Etats-Unis en 2005... Avant l'éclatement du marché des subprimes.
Le gouvernement a pourtant multiplié les mesures depuis un an pour lutter contre la spéculation immobilière. Il a récemment décidé d'augmenter le montant d'apport personnel nécessaire à l'achat d'un deuxième logement, et vient d'introduire une taxe foncière dans deux des plus grandes métropoles du pays, Shanghai et Chongqing.
Les prix des logements dans les 70 plus grandes villes chinoises ont progressé de 6,4% en décembre sur un an, soit la plus faible hausse en 13 mois. Elle dépassait encore 10% en juillet 2010.

The unexpected announcement marks the Food and Drug Administration's third rejection of a weight loss drug in recent months, raising questions about whether any new drugs in the class can be made safe enough to win approval. The FDA has not approved a new diet pill in more than a decade.

Egypt

Google has launched a special service to allow people in Egypt to send Twitter messages by dialling a phone number and leaving a voicemail, as internet access is cut off in the country amid anti-government protests.

"Like many people we've been glued to the news unfolding in Egypt and thinking of what we could do to help people on the ground," read a post on the search giant's official corporate blog.
The "speak to tweet" service, which Google said was developed with engineers from Twitter, allows people to dial a telephone number and leave a voicemail. The voicemail is automatically translated into a message that is sent on Twitter using the identifying tag #egypt.. Google said.

Petite puce

Un défaut de conception sur une puce d'Intel affectera son chiffre d'affaires à hauteur de 300 millions de dollars et la crainte est grande de voir son image brisée alors que des questions se posent sur l'évolution de demande pour les équipements dédiés aux PC.
Intel a annoncé avoir suspendu les livraisons de cette puce, utilisée dans les ordinateurs personnels équipés de son nouveau processeur Sandy Bridge, le plus évolué de sa gamme, afin de remédier à ce problème.
Le coût total de la réparation et du remplacement de la puce a été estimé par le groupe à environ 700 millions de dollars.
