Osmium Acquires Units of Claymore Silver Bullion Trust
TORONTO, Feb. 2 /CNW/ - Osmium Special Situations Fund , announced that today it has acquired control over 582,700 units of Claymore Silver Bullion SVR.un.to, representing approximately 8.2% of the presently issued and outstanding Units. Such Units were acquired in various trades through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of CDN$10.19.
Following the acquisition of Units, Osmium controls 1,244,800 Units, representing approximately 17.5% of the presently issued and outstanding Units.
Osmium is a Bermuda Exempted Mutual Fund Company, with its registered office located at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton, Bermuda.
