Under the terms, China Natural Gas has the privilege to purchase up to 500,000m3 of natural gas per day, or 150 million m3 per year, from CNPC Changqing at ¥1.355/m3. The agreement is valid through 31 Dec 2011.

The agreement positions both companies to capitalize on opportunities in the growing BIPV market through the use of Pythagoras Solar's transparent, high power photovoltaic glass units. Research firm NanoMarkets put the value of Asia's 2009 BIPV market at $600 million and value of the global market in excess of $8 billion by 2015.
Charm Communications Inc CHRM.q, a leading Chinese advertising agency, said Wednesday it has signed an exclusive advertising agreement with Beijing Gehua Cable TV Network Co about operations of digital media advertising on its interactive HDTV platform. Gehua Cable is a Beijing-based digital cable TV operator whose network covers over 4 million viewers across 100 channels. Its HDTV has attracted over 1 million subscribers since it was launched a year ago, and is expected to attract another 300,000 by the end of 2010.
