China Unicom le deuxième opérateur mobile en Chine a lancé un service de surveillance de la maison. Le "3G home watch" demande une carte SIM spéciale et un abonnement de 1$ par mois. The security service that also allows video-talking to someone home. Footages captured by ultrared ray will be sent in multimedia files to the subscriber's cellphone.
La compagnie prévoit "attirer" ¼ des abonnés 3G à ce service la première année.
