Suning Appliances Co , China's top electronics retailer by market value said late last week that it will buy out Hong Kong's Citicall Retail Management for HK$215 million (US$1 = HK$7.76) and increase Citicall's outlets to 50 for a 25% market share in the city in three years. The deal to be finalized by March is expected to give Suning a gateway to foreign markets.
