China Mobile Ltd (NYSE: CHL, HKG: 0941) said that its Mobile Market app store had lured 39 million registered users and 1.1 million registered developers. The store offers some 50,000 products for download, and has served 1.25 million downloads to date. China Mobile said that the application store offers a variety of digital content, including music, videos, books, and magazines: one million songs, 120,000 books, 265 TV shows and 1,320 single-player games.

Sinopec Corp (NYSE: SNP, SHA: 600028, HKG: 0386) has sealed an $85 billion deal to import 4.3 million tons of liquefied natural gas annually from Australia's APLNG from 2015 through 2035. It is the largest ever LNG supply contract won by an Australia firm.



eCommerce China Dangdang Inc (NYSE: DANG), the operator of the nation's largest book e-tailer Dangdang.com, is reportedly in talks to acquire B2C apparel retailer Guangzhou Mola Network Science and Technology Ltd that operates womenswear and lingerie site Moonbasa.com. Moonbasa initially received an undisclosed amount in venture capital funding from China Renaissance Capital Investment and Zero2IPO Capital, and $20 million from GSR Ventures in June 2010 and $60 million from Tiger Fund in December 2010. It generated ¥100 million in revenue in 2009. Guangzhou Mola, established in December 2006, has branches in Shanghai and Beijing and employs nearly 300 people.
