JA Solar Holdings Co ( JASO.q) said it has signed a deal with the government of Anhui provincial capital Hefei to build China's most advanced factory in city that is expected to produce 3GW of solar cells and photovoltaic products when operational by 2012.
Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd ( SNDA.q) will soon launch a "revolutionary" instant messaging program named You Ni, said a person familiar with the matter, declining to reveal details.
