d ) Shanda Literature, a unit of Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd (NADSAQ: SNDA), has said it will turn 21 of its online novels into browser games this year. China's browser game market was worth ¥570 million ($1 = ¥6.8) in the first quarter, making up 7.2% of the entire online gaming industry, Analysys International Figures showed. The market is estimated to expand 49% to ¥1,470 million in 2010. Shanda Literature currently runs three websites with an entire story bank containing 40 billion Chinese characters.
