(SKNN), a developer of revolutionary, patented, two-part interchangeable footwear, today announced that the Company has completed an equity financing through a private placement of its common stock for an aggregate amount of $1,935,000. The proceeds will primarily be used to fund working capital needs associated with the delivery of the Spring/Summer Collection to approximately 100 retail doors.

(SKNN), a developer of revolutionary, patented, two-part interchangeable footwear, today announced that the Company has completed an equity financing through a private placement of its common stock for an aggregate amount of $1,935,000. The proceeds will primarily be used to fund working capital needs associated with the delivery of the Spring/Summer Collection to approximately 100 retail doors.
The Company noted that it had retired approximately $700,000 of debt, leaving the company with no long term obligations. The company believes this financing will also be sufficient to enable it to deliver the Fall/Winter Collection into an expanded retail base, including international customers.
