Daimler AG will spend €3 billion doubling its output in China to 100,000 units in the years to come, CEO Dieter Zetsche said Wednesday. The German automaker plans to sell 300,000 cars in China, including 200,000 locally made cars, by 2015, when the nation will be the largest single market for its Mercedes-Benz brand. Daimler will also work with BYD Co , China's largest privately owned electric car and battery maker, on making and exporting electric vehicles.
